When I went on a round the world trip a few years ago, I decided that I wanted to make a photo book out of it. I’d taken a lot of photographs on my digital camera during the trip, and had been uploading them to an online server as I went along. By the end of the trip I probably had at least a thousand shots, although some weren’t of the best quality. When I got home I started to go through them to create a photo book of the best shots. Doing this took a long time, but I ended up narrowing it down to countries, which were placed into a chronological order. I wanted the book to act as a more personal memory for me of what was a great trip, while also being of a much higher quality than the Facebook photos that I’d already added during the trip.

Tribal Tattoos: Something New for Me
I am planning to choose one design from the variety of Tribal Tattoos that I have seen in an album. It is my first time getting a tattoo so I am a bit nervous and excited at the same time. I asked my friends what tribal design of a tattoo looks good on me. They have different answers. One friend of mine suggested a colorful tribal tattoo. According to him, the colorful tattoo fits my lively aura. I am pretty flattered by his compliment. Another friend suggested that I go for a simple design. He said that simplicity defines my beauty. Well, his statement was something. Another close friend suggested that I go for the popular designs today. I am not really familiar with the popular designs. So if I decide on following the last suggestion, I have to conduct a little bit of research first. I hope that I will be able to decide soon.

Had to Make Up My Own Mind About the Sigma 20mm 1.8 Lens
After seeing some negative reviews about the Sigma 20mm 1.8 I decided to try it out for myself and come to my own conclusions. Firstly, I did not find the corner softness to be such a big issue as other people did. When shooting in low light this is almost to be expected and it is really not that bad unless you pixel peep your photos. What did take some getting use to was the switching from auto to manual focus and back. I think a few people will have trouble with that if they are not familiar with this. Fro the rest it is a pretty good lens that comes at a decent price and is capable of great photos. If I really wanted to nitpick I would say that it is a bit on the large and heavy side plus the focus motor can be noisy. I love the minimal focal distance however and the lens really is capable of great photos.
